Get Organized! Professional Services offers hands-on services to busy professionals at home, specializing in organizing your home office. We offer personalized service and help clients organize home offices, desks, files, bills and bill payment, account reconciliations, correspondence, and more.

We develop customized systems both automated and manual to help our clients get organized and stay organized, and bring a renewed sense of calm and control, as well as free clients' time to pursue activities they truly enjoy.

Get Organized! Mission

Provide customized organization services and professional administrative assistance (remote and mobile) for home offices, and create a sense orderliness, timeliness, and calm, and help clients regain control of their environment.

Services Include

• Hands-On Organizing – physical office space, cabinets, shelving, etc.
• Hands-On Organizing - coded system of filing, making it easy to find documents at any time
• Family Files: Organize, review, and document your family’s important papers
• Estate Management and Assistance: Estate liquidation and packing for family members, document and item searches
• Eldercare Management: Caregiver support and resource information, assistance with records and household safety or downsizing plans
• Quicken® Software upload and training (Software must be purchased)
• Bill Payment automated and/or manual
• Bank Account Reconciliation
• Credit Cards Review and Reconciliation
• Administrative assistance including correspondence, invitations, thank you notes
• Travel booking and arrangements

Rates

• Initial Phone consultation - Free of charge
• Home Office - On site consultation $100
• Organization Rates: $75 per hour, with two-hour minimum
• Administrative work including correspondence, claim filing, travel arrangements, $75 per hour, with two-hour minimum
• Bookkeeping Rates including Quicken® training: $100 per hour
• Project and monthly rates available
• Services offered in South Florida Palm Beach and Broward Counties
   

Fees are subject to change. A charge for travel time and mileage will be added.
